Studio policy

  1. Changing shoes are mandatory! If the carpet needs cleaning after pick-up, a cleaning fee will be charged.
  2. During preparation, our colleagues will adjust the camera and microphone positions for you. We ask that you do not change these settings during the recording.

  3. A booking consists of 90 minutes, 30 minutes of preparation and 60 minutes of recording.

  4. In case of delay, this time will be reduced. In case you still want to pick up and there is no reservation after you, we can extend this with another reservation.

  5. Please call your guest at the booked time, not later, because we need them for the 30-minute setup time.

  6. We can only take responsibility for technical errors if you choose our “studio manager” service. In this case, a studio manager is present and monitors the recording throughout the entire duration.

  7. We can only send the recorded files after payment. In case of raw recordings, we will fulfill your order within 3 working days after payment, and in the case of edited recordings within 7 working days. We can undertake faster delivery for an additional fee. Details in the booking system.

  8. It is currently not possible to bring pets into the studio.
