Invoicing and payment

Our prices are net prices, marked “+ VAT”. The booking summary and the invoice also show the 27% VAT and the gross total. The invoice is issued by Takarék Trading Vagyonkezelő Kft.

You don't need to pay in advance: the booking is valid once you confirm it. After the recording we email you an invoice, due in 8 days. You pay by bank transfer or with the “Pay by card” link on the invoice. If you like, you can also pay by card when booking; in that case the invoice is issued after payment.

You can download the raw files from your client account within 3 working days of payment, Guided editing within 5 working days, and Creative editing and Reels & Shorts within 7 working days.

A studio pass and a gift voucher are paid upfront. As a company client you can also book with an order form and a payment request, by bank transfer within 8 days; for recordings booked on a company budget we issue one summary invoice per month.

Cancellation and changes

The fee is based on the recording fee: the hourly rate of studio rental or live streaming times the number of hours, after any discount. Editing, Reels & Shorts and extras aren't part of it, and we don't invoice them for a cancelled booking. We send an invoice for the cancellation fee when you cancel, with a payment link; if you paid for the booking upfront by card, we deduct the fee from the refund. For a recording paid from a studio pass, the recording is credited back according to the fee band. You can cancel or change a booking with the “Manage booking” button in the confirmation email, or in writing at info@bppodcaststudio.hu. If the studio cancels the booking, there's no fee and we refund what you paid.
