Studio rules

In bad weather, indoor shoes are required in the studio. If the carpet needs cleaning after the recording, we charge a cleaning fee.
During setup, our team sets the camera and microphone positions for you. Please don't change these settings during the recording.
You book the studio for at least 1 hour and can then add time in half-hour steps. The 30-minute setup after you arrive comes on top of the recording time you choose and is not part of the paid time; a studio technician is with you during setup, and the recording starts after it. After the recording the studio is reset for the next guests. For live streaming, the stream starts after setup.
If you're late, your recording time gets shorter: the end of the booking doesn't move.
Ask your guests to arrive at the start of the booking too, because we need them for the setup.
We take responsibility for technical faults if you choose studio manager assistance. In that case the studio manager stays in the room for the whole recording and keeps an eye on it.
We deliver the raw files within 3 working days of payment, Guided editing within 5 working days, and Creative editing and Reels & Shorts within 7 working days, or within 48 hours with 48-hour edited file delivery. Every file can be downloaded from your client account for 30 days.
For now, pets aren't allowed in the studio.
